There are 334 islands surrounding Tasmania to its north, east and south. From the larger Flinders and King Islands in Bass Strait to small rocky formations, Tasmania’s seas are renowned for their unique biodiversity which results in a huge array of seabirds, wildlife and marine animals and plants.
